Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert for legacy core banking platforms (Jack Henry, FIS, Fiserv)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, requirements, and implementation strategies
Provide thought leadership and advisory support on industry best practices, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency
Engage with internal and client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical and product solutions
Mentor and guide teams on core banking processes, system integrations, and operational workflows
Support client strategic initiatives to modernize and optimize core banking systems for community banks and credit unions
Represent the organization in client meetings, industry forums, and vendor discussions

Required

At least 12 years of experience in core banking systems, with hands-on expertise in Jack Henry, FIS, or Fiserv platforms
Proven track record in product management, including roadmap development and lifecycle management
Strong leadership or operational experience within community banking or credit union environments
In-depth understanding of U.S. banking regulations, compliance standards, and industry trends, digital banking, product roadmaps, systems integration, API integration, customer journey mapping, competitive analysis/market research experience
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Familiarity with API integrations and fintech partnerships
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
