Drive new business development with a focus on real estate, contractor, and cannabis industry clients

Build and expand a book of business in high-growth verticals

Manage pipeline independently while remaining connected to the team

Required

Active Property & Casualty insurance license - required

3-5 years of commercial insurance production experience

Demonstrated track record of new business development and meeting sales goals

Strong knowledge of commercial package policies, general liability, property, and workers' compensation

Experience with at least one of the following industries: real estate, construction/contractors, or cannabis

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Strong prospecting skills and self-motivation to drive business growth

Proficiency with agency management systems and CRM tools
