Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

Accurately enter and process purchase orders in a timely manner
Diligently follow purchase orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that delay timely processing
Answer incoming calls in support of sales team, customers, and suppliers
Support the company’s administrative staff in a variety of general office and clerical tasks
Communicate and follow up effectively with all departments regarding customer orders
Maintain excellent working relationships with account contacts to ensure customer satisfaction
Resolve customer problems or concerns in a manner that meets the expectations of the customer while at the same time considering the impact to the company
Maintain data and control documents required to ensure orders can be accurately processed
Performs other duties as assigned

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Preferred

Associates degree in business or equivalent
1-2 years clerical/administrative experience
NetSuite Experience a plus
