Responsibilities

Design & Development: Build high-performing C# microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and modern user interfaces using .NET Core, Blazor, and other UI frameworks

Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation, conduct code reviews, and develop unit and integration tests to ensure reliability

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot internal systems, resolve technical challenges, and identify opportunities to enhance workflows and overall system performance

Collaboration: Work closely with Developers, QA, and Product teams in an Agile/SCRUM environment, sharing expertise and supporting peers to achieve project goals

Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies, recommend new tools and processes, and contribute to the evolution of development standards and practices

Required

3–5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business, or 5–7 years of related experience without a degree

Advanced proficiency in .NET Core, Blazor, Microsoft SQL, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and JSON, with experience developing REST APIs

Minimum of 3 years using XUnit/NUnit or equivalent testing frameworks, manual testing best practices, and testing legacy applications

Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM systems, SharePoint, and financial/budgeting software

Preferred

Entry-level understanding of commercial construction, facility management, or real estate brokerage
