Responsibilities

Lead complex operational initiatives end to end
Design and refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency and quality
Serve as a subject matter expert for systems and workflows
Analyze trends, risks, and gaps in operations
Partner with business and HR leaders to implement improvements
Mentor and guide other Talent Operations team members

Required

7–10 years of experience in talent or recruiting operations
Deep understanding of end-to-end recruiting workflows

Proactive identification of operational risks
Ownership of operational outcomes
