Responsibilities

Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing, helping to create a fun and seamless experience for our players!

Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, while maintaining a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils—and collecting empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly without missing a beat!

Be a key team player by working alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork, contributing to unforgettable player experiences!

Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy. Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, making sure every Player has what they need for an awesome experience

Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages, maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards

Jump in to support the team where needed—whether that’s restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean

Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all the info they need to get started and enjoy their Topgolf experience to the fullest

Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, helping players make the most of their visit and enhancing their overall experience

Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear to improve their game and have a great time

Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, from tidying up the retail area to offering players helpful guidance and recommendations

Lift and Move Things: You’ll be handling items up to 50 lb., so being comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things is key

Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, so a love for walking throughout your shift

From task to task, you’ll be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities. A can-do attitude is essential!

Whether it’s a long shift or tackling a task that takes time, we’re looking for someone who can keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment
