Responsibilities

Lead operations for semiconductor pilot line
Responsible for the planning and execution of next generation product development and prototyping device builds
Drive an industry leading safety culture
Ensure that experiments are implemented according to plan and that data are accurately collected and analyzed
Manage multiple shifts of operators accountable to running MOCVD, lithography, etch, thin films, wet chemistry, metrology, CMP, and bonding process equipment

Required

B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or related fields
10+ years hands on semiconductor experience
5+ years of working in clean room facility
3+ years of experience with failure analysis
Experience with data analysis tools and principles of statistically designed experimentation (JMP, Matlab, Excel, Stat-Ease, etc.)

Preferred

M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering
5+ years of senior management experience in a clean room based R&D / pilot production environment
Excellent critical analysis, statistical analysis, and reasoning skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Experience with quality management systems
