Responsibilities
Lead the design and rollout of EPR programs to keep us compliant and sustainable
Build relationships with vendors, trade groups, and regulatory agencies
Advise teams on EPR laws and help shape compliance strategies
Analyze program data and share insights to improve performance
Act as the main contact for state agencies during investigations or audits
Support other projects that help us meet our sustainability goals
Qualification
Required
3+ years managing product compliance programs or similar project management experience
1+ years of experience with data analysis and reporting platforms such as PowerBI, Looker, or similar data management systems
Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority both internally and externally
Preferred
Associate degree or equivalent industry experience
Background in data analysis, test labs, customer service, or retail (2+ years in any)
Expertise with EPR regulations or sustainability programs
Experience working with cross-functional teams
