Responsibilities
Collaborate with Functional Leads and Analysts to understand QTC process and feature goals, and contribute to the delivery of incremental improvements
Assist in the business requirements gathering and documentation process, working with Business Analysts and subject matter experts to analyze and document existing and future processes
Participate in cross-functional meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on action items
Support the development of solutions by working with Technical Architects and Product Managers to understand and translate business requirements
Assist with project management activities, including tracking requirements, communicating dependencies, and providing status updates
Develop a foundational understanding of Salesforce internal QTC systems and processes
Contribute to the documentation and maintenance of business rules and process flows
Support the creation of training materials for change management initiatives
Assist with ad-hoc reporting and research activities as needed
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
Qualification
Required
2-3+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or in a related role
Familiarity with Quote to Cash (Configure Price Quote, Contract Lifecycle, Order Management) processes and systems is a plus
Experience with business requirements gathering and documentation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
A curious mindset and willingness to learn from subject matter experts
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
Preferred
Familiarity with process documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet)
Exposure to Salesforce products
Exposure to enterprise-level projects
Prior experience with Business Operations or Quote to Cash Operations
