Answer incoming sales calls and sell our products
Schedule installations after selling a service
Address customer concerns with professionalism
Route incorrect calls to the correct department
Make outgoing calls to prospective customers
Determine ways to increase sales
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
Understanding of products and services being sold
Self-motivation and a desire for success
Time management skills
Preferred
Previous sales experience preferred
Knowledge of Internet hardware, Wi-Fi and VoIP desired
Bi-lingual is a plus
