Responsibilities
Support Project Managers, Superintendents, and trade partners throughout the full lifecycle of this major residential development
Coordinating RFIs and submittals
Assisting with scheduling and procurement
Supporting daily field operations
Helping track quality and inspections
Maintaining accurate project documentation
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of construction experience with a GC, developer‑builder, or specialty contractor
Exposure to ground‑up multifamily, high‑rise, podium, or commercial projects (internships count)
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with field and office teams
A proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented approach
Preferred
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is highly beneficial
