Responsibilities
Examine, verify and correct accounting transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy of data and proper identification of accounts
Check that expenditures will not exceed obligations in specific accounts
Total, Balance and reconcile collection vouchers
Post data to transaction sheets where he or she identifies proper accounts and items to be posted
Code documents in accordance with listing of accounts
General business support function as assigned
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of routine clerical methods and office practices and procedures as they related to the clerical processing and recording of transactions and accounting information
Relative computer knowledge and skills
