National Account Manager
CAB Enterprises, Inc. is the exclusive distributor of Electrolit in the United States, a leader in premium hydration beverages. The National Account Manager will drive sales growth with key retailers, build relationships with retail buyers, and execute sales strategies to expand Electrolit's market presence.

Responsibilities
Work closely with KDP Key Accounts (or other Distributor Sales organizations) to ensure Electrolit is effectively represented in retail buyer contact
Collaborate with distributors to ensure effective execution of sales plans
Conduct rigorous business planning, selling, and analysis to drive sales growth
Align sales planning to corporate promotion, authorization and pricing guardrails
Manage retail selling and account management activities to build Electrolit sales in large format retailers
Develop, manage, and report on the sales pipeline
Identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to the Electrolit commercial team
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's services and network with potential accounts
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives
Experience in managing relationships with regional and national retailers and distributors
Strong understanding of Isotonic beverage market trends and competitive landscape
Legally authorized to work in the USA
Reliable transportation
Valid driver license and vehicle insurance
Ability to travel (60% overnight and out-of-region travel, 20% ground travel)
Strong understanding of sales and account management principles
Excellent analytical and business planning skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors
Proficiency in using sales and business analysis tools
Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
Proficiency in CRM/TPM software, Excel, PowerPoint and account management tools
High level of organizational and time management skills
