Lead and enhance corporate accounting processes (journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis)
Strengthen internal controls and support SOX compliance
Manage reporting deliverables for monthly, quarterly, and annual close
Serve as a primary contact for internal and external audits
Develop and refine policies, procedures, and workflow improvements
Partner across the business to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information
Drive continuous improvement using technology and automation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
Active CPA (required)
12+ years of experience including public accounting and public company experience
Experience managing or improving accounting processes
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
