Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements, operating budgets, and site-level financial reports
Handle daily accounting activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Ensure accurate consolidation and reporting of all project entities
Maintain SOX compliance across all accounting processes
Create financial forecasts and support site-level budgeting
Prepare quarterly tax provisions and ensure timely reporting
Interpret and apply accounting policies relevant to the site
Qualification
Required
6-10 years of experience in accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and modeling
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and consolidation
Experience in dealing directly with vendors, accounts payable/receivable, and project accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Preferred
CPA / MBA or advanced degree is desirable
Background in construction, industrial plants, refinery, or similar environments is highly beneficial
Familiarity with SAP, FMIP, Passport, or similar ERP systems preferred
