Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to a department or individual
Perform general office duties including typing, filing, answering phones, and managing mail
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
Maintain accurate records and organize documentation
Order and manage office supplies
Assist with special projects involving data recording, compiling, reporting, and analysis
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems
Ability to work independently with direction and support
No prior extensive experience required; ideal for junior-level candidate
Education: HS Diploma or GED
Preferred
Customer service experience preferred
