Senior Manager – International Business Management
Axiom Global Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager for International Business Management to lead business operations in Canada and Australia with full P&L ownership. This role focuses on driving the strategic shift to omni-channel retailing and identifying growth opportunities to enhance revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for Canada and Australia, ensuring alignment with revenue, margin, and brand objectives
Develop and manage regional forecasts, budgets, and financial plans, balancing near-term performance with long-term growth
Define, track, and analyze KPIs such as revenue, margin, conversion, CAC, and market penetration
Lead business reviews, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities with clear, data-driven recommendations
Drive seasonal pricing and promotional strategies through strong cross-functional collaboration
Lead and develop direct reports and partners to maximize team and organizational impact
Lead the strategic shift from online-only to omni-channel retail across digital and wholesale channels
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, including new channel partnerships, marketplaces, and customer segments
Partner with Consumer Insights and data teams to translate market and customer insights into actionable strategies
Build business cases to support strategic investments and expansion initiatives
Represent customer and regional market needs to influence product, pricing, promotion, and channel decisions
Drive cross-functional execution across e-commerce, marketing, logistics, finance, merchandising, legal, and operations
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in international business management, omni-channel retail, and leadership roles
Strong e-commerce experience
Proven success managing and scaling performance across multiple international markets, ideally Canada and/or Australia
Demonstrated P&L ownership, forecasting, and budgeting expertise
Hands-on execution experience across online, retail, and/or wholesale channels
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration experience
High level of analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and business acumen
Sound judgment and decision-making ability in ambiguous or data-limited situations
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
MBA or equivalent
