They are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to drive operational excellence across their go-to-market organization, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to optimize revenue processes.

Responsibilities
Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning, segmentation, and capacity modeling in partnership with Finance
Own pipeline hygiene, forecasting cadence, and operating rhythm across sales and CS
Partner with Finance and HR to build equitable, performance-driven compensation plans and SPIFFs
Design, allocate, and monitor coverage models for balanced capacity and opportunity
Define guardrails for pricing, discounting, and approvals to accelerate deal velocity and margin
Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Systems, and Data teams to align funnel definitions and dashboards
Run QBRs, forecast calls, and executive reporting to ensure consistency and insight
Identify friction in GTM motions and implement scalable solutions using automation and process redesign
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, FP&A, or GTM Strategy in a SaaS or subscription business
Proven success leading planning and forecasting at the $100M+ ARR scale
Deep knowledge of Salesforce, reporting, and operational process design
Experience managing comp plans, territories, and pipeline analytics
Strong executive presence and ability to partner with CRO, CFO, and functional leaders
Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to translate data into decisions
