Responsibilities
Answer incoming communications from customers
Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
Computer experience
High speed internet connection (>25mbps). A hardwired connection to your home router is recommended
