Responsibilities
Understand user workflows across inpatient, ancillary, ambulatory, or revenue cycle areas and translate those needs into system requirements
Design, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain applications while documenting requirements, workflows, and customizations
Coordinate and participate in all testing phases during implementations and upgrades, ensuring smooth go-live support—including off-hours coverage
Research and resolve system issues by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
Lead small to mid-sized projects with minimal supervision, developing project plans, testing strategies, and go-live documentation
Participate in cross-training to maintain secondary support coverage and expand application expertise
Qualification
Required
Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Experience in healthcare or supporting technology systems (2 years), or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication, critical thinking, and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Preferred experience in inpatient, ancillary, ambulatory, or revenue cycle healthcare settings
