Responsibilities
Actively generating new business through outreach, follow-up, networking, and relationship building
Prospecting for residential and/or commercial opportunities and developing a personal pipeline
Supporting residential leasing and sales and/or commercial leasing and sales, depending on focus and experience
Conducting showings, tours, and client meetings with a polished, service-forward approach
Managing client communication and assisting with transaction coordination
Learning and applying ROAM’s approach to representation, branding, and relationship-driven business
Qualification
Required
Holds an active Illinois real estate license (required)
Has 1–3 years of experience or is newly licensed with strong drive and professionalism
Is interested in residential and/or commercial real estate
Is comfortable with lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building
Understands that building a pipeline requires initiative and follow-through
Values mentorship, accountability, and a boutique brokerage culture
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presence, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
