Responsibilities
Build and maintain comprehensive financial plans using eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, and Holistiplan
Model planning scenarios including retirement, tax analysis, and estate planning considerations
Prepare customized, client-facing planning deliverables and analyses
Partner with advisors to support client meetings and planning presentations
Support and participate in Financial Planning Committee meetings and follow-ups
Help ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across planning deliverables firmwide
Serve as a go-to technical planning resource for the advisory team
Collaborate with tax, investment, and client service teams on integrated planning strategies
Qualification
Required
CFP® required
Experience in financial planning or advisory support within an RIA or similar wealth management environment
Strong technical planning foundation (cash flow, retirement modeling, tax-aware planning, estate coordination)
Highly detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple planning cases
Collaborative team player who values process, quality, and consistency
Preferred
Familiarity with Schwab custodial environments is a plus
