Responsibilities
Cultivate and strengthen our client partner relationships by clearly understanding their objectives, maintaining consistent communication, and delivering on expectations, ultimately fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to agency growth — and ultimately deliver incredible value to the clients we serve
Oversee, wrangle, and manage project timelines and budgets by ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and under budget while proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks to maintain project efficiency
Facilitate and foster effective collaboration across our internal creative teams to allocate resources, keep client needs top-of-mind, manage capacities, and ensure that workloads are balanced, promoting a smooth workflow and high-quality deliverables
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management within a creative or marketing agency
Strong communication skills to maintain client relationships
Ability to manage project timelines and budgets effectively
Experience in fostering collaboration among creative teams
Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project roadblocks
