Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of low to medium risk contracts including but not limited to business services, clinical services, professional services, marketing, SaaS and licensing

Work cross-functionally with product managers, legal, compliance, finance, and other departments to ensure obligations and requirements of agreements are fully understood and appropriately resolved

Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Partner with legal to develop/improve legal templates and processes to reduce contracting turnaround time

Required

Experience negotiating and drafting contracts across a broad range of contract types, suppliers, and products/services

Familiarity with legal terminology and concepts and ability to identify potential commercial and legal risks/issues

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Contract management or paralegal experience in high transaction volume environments

Bachelor's degree or 7 to 9 years of relevant experience

Preferred

Excellent written and oral communication, influencing skills, including an ability to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization

Excellent analytical and quantitative reasoning skills

Prior experience within the health-tech or technology industry

Master's degree in Business Administration or Law

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
