Responsibilities
Drive cross-functional programs that span Model Development, Model Serving, and App Serving infrastructure
Coordinating dependencies across teams building compute, storage, networking, and platform services
Partner with engineering leads to translate platform strategy into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones, owners, and success criteria
Identify technical and organizational risks early; facilitate alignment and unblock teams through proactive problem-solving
Establish program frameworks that bring visibility to cross-team dependencies, progress, and tradeoffs for leadership decision-making
Collaborate with ML Researchers, ML Engineers, and Platform teams to understand user needs and ensure infrastructure investments map to real jobs-to-be-done
Drive operational rigor across the program lifecycle, from requirements gathering through launch readiness and post-launch iteration
Qualification
Required
8+ years in technical program management, with significant experience in infrastructure or platform development
Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and software development lifecycles
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or related experience
Preferred
Experience with ML/AI infrastructure: training clusters, model serving, or ML platform tooling
Background in GPU/accelerator infrastructure or high-performance computing
Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes), workflow systems, or distributed data platforms
Experience building developer platforms or infrastructure-as-a-service products
Understanding of ML development workflows: experiment tracking, model registries, pipeline orchestration
Proven ability to drive complex, multi-team technical programs from ambiguity to delivery
Track record of influencing senior engineering leaders and building consensus across organizations with competing priorities
Strong technical acumen and the ability to engage with product and engineering on architecture decisions and tradeoffs
Self-motivated and proactive; demonstrated ability to quickly triage, prioritize, and navigate ambiguity under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences
