Experience drafting legal documents, including summonses and complaints, notices of inquest, notices of discontinuance, discovery demands and responses, notices of trial, DMV record searches, and arranging process service
Experience working with and supporting an EBT calendar, including serving as backup to the EBT Calendar Clerk
Experience filing court documents, including electronic filing
Experience tracking court dates, deadlines, and maintaining litigation calendars
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high‑volume caseload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presentation
Qualification
Required

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
Understanding of Commercial and Personal Lines Auto Property Damage Claims processes and regulations
Understanding of basic legal and claims terminology
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
