Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and analytics initiatives
Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, define requirements, and prioritize features
Translate business terminology and objectives into clear, actionable user stories for data engineers
Drive alignment across internal teams, ensuring product goals and timelines are clearly communicated
Collaborate with data engineering on the development of data-focused products and platforms
Ensure that analytics, reporting, and BI capabilities meet the needs of both internal users and external partners
Lead backlog management, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria for data-centric product features
Surface insights and performance metrics to support product decision-making

Required

End-to-end Product Ownership experience (not project management)
Strong background in data, analytics, or business intelligence products
Ability to communicate business requirements in clear product terms that engineering teams can translate to raw data
Experience working with data teams, especially data engineers
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred

Hands-on experience with BI platforms or data tools such as: Cognos, Tableau, Ab Initio
Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics workflows, or enterprise data ecosystems
