Responsibilities
Identifies customer needs and acts as an outfitter, one who fully prepares our guest for their next adventure through exceptional product knowledge
Supports marketing events and stories through in store promotion, clientele emails, and community outreach
Ensure that Filson Standards and Operating Standards are met or exceeded to support brand consistency
Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
Supports store operations by enforcing company programs, initiatives, policies and procedures
Regularly and consistently abides by Time & Attendance policies and all policies and procedures included within
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service environment
Friendly and outgoing; service mentality
Strong communication, both verbal and written skills
Committed to superior service
Energetic, dependable and a team player
Merchandising and visual sales floor skills
Motivated and results driven
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
Basic math skills, register experience is a plus
Must be 18+ years old
Able to stand for 8 hours
Able to lift and carry 30 pounds
Able to reach overhead
Able to pull clothing and luggage from shelves
Able to bend, kneel, or stoop
