Responsibilities
Hands on role in daily accounting operations, including general ledger, A/R, A/P
Lead budgeting meetings
Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
Partner with ownership and department leaders to provide financial insights and decision-support
Support inventory tracking, costing, and reporting
Oversee payroll operations
Expense Reduction or Cost Cutting
Produce KPI’s and Data Analysis on the key metrics of the company
Evaluate and implement accounting systems, process improvements, and automation opportunities
Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the accounting team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and CRM systems
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Service Titan experience is a plus!
