Responsibilities
Process Sales Report & Master Airway Bills
Record Credit Card Payments and Branch Checks
Prepare Various Reports to be submitted to the Head Office
Provide training to staff members
Process, review, and approve payment entries
Correct Sales invoices
Make journal entries to record, correct, and/or adjust
File documents
Communicate with branches, the Head office, and/or vendors
Other assignments as required by management
Qualification
Required
Three (3) to five (5) years' accounting experience plus knowledge of computerized accounting system, ability to work with detail, and good organizational skills
Proficiency in various PC/Windows software and Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding on basic bookkeeping
Excellent attention to detail
Preferred
Accounting or Finance degree is preferred
