Responsibilities
Align EPM workflows with Federal budget formulation, Congressional submissions, and year-of-execution spend plans (including Continuing Resolutions)
Manage the Agile backlog, define user stories, and prioritize sprint delivery in coordination with government leads
Lead design for fund distribution, obligation tracking, and budget-to-actual variance reporting
Drive a unified EPM model for 25+ agencies, covering workforce planning, data management, and narrative reporting
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship required
ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance
7+ years in Federal Financial Management or PPBE oversight
Proven success as a Product Owner or Functional Lead in an Agile SDLC environment
Deep understanding of Federal budget formulation and execution systems
Preferred
Exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud and data integration with ERP financials
CGFM, CDFM, CPA, or Agile Product Owner
