Recruiting Assistant (Sourcer)
Thompson Law is a personal injury law firm focused on providing world-class service and results for clients affected by preventable tragedies. They are seeking a motivated Recruiting Assistant to take on a crucial sourcer role, responsible for creatively sourcing candidates for legal support and attorney positions nationwide.

Responsibilities
Creatively source candidates for legal support and attorney roles
Identify the best sources for candidates and initiate recruitment campaigns
Develop new ''candidate streams'', including social networking and other new media avenues
Manage job responses
Screen resumes for basic requirements
Conduct phone screens to qualify candidates
Update and maintain recruitment progress in the ATS system
Work with Recruiters throughout the process
Ensure candidates receive timely responses to their applications
Provide feedback to candidates on their status when warranted
Receiving and scheduling interviews sent by recruiters
Qualification
Required
2+ years of recent administrative experience
1+ years working in positions that involve high-volume phone calls
Mid to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Articulate with excellent writing skills and a good eye for detail
Discreet, professional, and well-spoken, with good communication skills
Exceptionally well organized and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative
Ability to use judgment and seek guidance with confidential issues
Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines
Preferred
Experience utilizing HR/Recruiting software
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite
Prior experience working at a law firm in any position (highly desired)
