ADM is a global leader in human and animal nutrition and is seeking a Learning & Development Summer Intern. In this role, you will support the education and training of colleagues globally by handling various projects and assisting with executing people initiatives and driving training excellence.

Responsibilities

Learn SharePoint online fundamentals to support the development, maintenance, and organization of SharePoint learning sites, including content updates, navigation, permissions, and basic troubleshooting

Assist in maintaining and tracking the learning portfolio by organizing assets, managing documentation, and supporting reporting and version control

Provide project coordination support by tracking tasks, timelines, meetings, and communications to help ensure learning projects are delivered on time

Assist with the design and review of learning materials by supporting content analysis, learning objectives, storyboards, and learner-focused improvements

Support the development, testing, and updating of eLearning modules using Articulate tools, including formatting, revisions, quality assurance, and publishing

Required

Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and Summer 2028

Must have an overall 2.8 GPA

Interns must have their own reliable transportation to and from work

Flexible to relocate to Chicago, IL for the summer

Successful completion of a background check is required

Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2026

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role

Able to complete an internship in the summer

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a major OR minor in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, UX or related field with an anticipated graduation between December 2024 and Summer 2026

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels while maintaining confidentiality

Ability to complete all tasks individually in a timely manner, creatively solving problems when necessary

Ability to Navigate ambiguity

Curiosity about learning technologies and trends

Flexibility to adapt style/approach based on situational dynamic

Ability to handle data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality

Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work atmosphere and to multitask while being highly attentive to detail
