Responsibilities

Lead all financial strategy, long-term planning, and corporate forecasting
Oversee accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting, tax, audit, and compliance functions
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under GAAP
Manage financial operations specific to real estate or mortgage, including loan pipelines, warehouse lines, development modeling, property-level financials, valuations, and cash flow forecasting
Build and maintain relationships with lenders, investors, and banking partners; manage capital structure and financing activities
Implement and strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and reporting processes
Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to assess risk, evaluate performance, and support strategic decision-making
Lead, mentor, and grow the finance and accounting teams to support organizational goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required
Real estate experience REQUIRED
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance (CFO, VP Finance, Director of Finance, or Controller)
Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
Proven experience managing complex capital structures, lender reporting, and real estate or mortgage financial operations
Strong leadership, communication, and executive partnership skills
