Responsibilities

Lead the Team at 'Community'

Plan and execute staff recruitment, retention, and team development while inspiring, motivating and holding teams accountable

Advocate for resident rights, safety, and quality standards

Champion and lead revenue growth and census development as well as budget development, oversight, cost control and resource allocation

Build trust with residents, families, staff and community partners

Qualification

Must have HFA license

Must have experience in health, human services and/or community services field

Must be available to work varying hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
