Field Sr. Global Account Manager

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the SI headquarters teams to develop and implement growth programs and best practices
Driving worldwide revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction for Lenovo’s largest and most strategic System Integration accounts
Managing and maintaining account relationships through senior level engagements
Develop strategies for profit and pricing proposals
Communicate and understand Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and critical success factors for an effective roll-out
Engaged with extended teams in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), product transition plans, and resource planning
Identify, cultivate, and close new business
Expertise working large deals at the C level within the SI vertical

Required

5+ years of demonstrated success in solution selling to Global Accounts or Large Enterprises

Preferred

Understanding of financials, including strategies to increase service offerings and attach options to drive profit growth
Ability to cultivate C-level executive relationships within an account
Server, Services or PC industry experience with defined outcomes
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements
Financial, operational, and business development acumen
Position is open to Central or Eastern Time Zone Locations
Travel to domestic and international customer locations, as necessary
