Mid LevelTranzeal Incorporated is seeking a Technical Analyst with strong hands-on experience in SAP LeanIX, focused on platform administration, reporting, and driving enterprise-wide adoption. This role supports Enterprise Architecture initiatives by ensuring high-quality data, actionable insights, and alignment across IT teams.

Responsibilities
Act as primary SAP LeanIX administrator (configuration, governance, data quality)
Drive LeanIX implementation and adoption across IT teams
Build and maintain LeanIX dashboards, fact sheets, and reports
Partner with Enterprise Architects to document as-is and to-be architectures
Generate KPIs/OKRs and insights on applications, technologies, and roadmaps
Collaborate with IT, PMO, and delivery teams to improve EA tools and processes
Support Agile delivery; manage backlog and reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
Hands-on SAP LeanIX experience (administration, reporting, dashboards)
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture processes and EAM frameworks
Experience with IT SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes independently
