Responsibilities
Collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business workflows and translate them into technical requirements and system configurations
Analyzes workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks, proposing system solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity
Provides technical support for various end-user operating systems, including but not limited to Unix, Linux, AS400 mainframe, Windows, and Windows servers
Serves as the primary liaison between business users and technical staff, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of system needs and issues
Develops, executes, and documents test plans to validate that system changes meet defined requirements and function correctly
Performs basic system configuration changes and regular maintenance to support the application lifecycle and ensure system integrity
Builds strong relationships with business partners and team members to promote collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Conducts periodic reviews and audits in compliance with Information Security policies and procedures, ensuring system security and data integrity
Participates in on-call duties to provide support for critical system operations and troubleshooting when needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Maintains regular and reliable attendance
Complies with all policies and standards
Qualification
Required
0-2 years of experience in healthcare-related systems analysis, IT support, or a similar field
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or related field
1-3 years of experience in IT training and presentations
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Net+, MCP, MIS, Azure Fundamentals)
