Sales Executive – AI & Software Solutions (Remote, US)
iShare Inc. is a fast-growing AI startup building next-generation solutions in Generative AI and Agentic AI. They are seeking a driven Sales Executive to prospect new customers, create opportunities, and bring in new business, playing a pivotal role in the AI revolution.
Responsibilities
Prospect new customers through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking
Identify and qualify leads and convert them into real sales opportunities
Explain AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI products in a clear, simple, and compelling way
Set up meetings and demos for prospects
Build and manage a pipeline of deals in the CRM
Follow up consistently and close new business
Work closely with founders, marketing, and product teams to grow revenue
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or tech sales
Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting experience
Experience selling software, SaaS, or technology solutions
Interest or basic knowledge of AI, Generative AI, or automation tools
Confident, energetic communicator who is comfortable talking to decision-makers
Self-starter who can thrive in a startup environment with minimal hand-holding
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
Preferred
Experience selling AI, data, or automation products
Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth startup
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
