Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Scottsdale architecture studio
Mentor, coach, and develop architectural staff
Delegate work effectively and ensure clear accountability
Oversee multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously
Coordinate closely with Pre-Construction and Interior Design teams
Ensure projects stay on track with scope, schedule, and budget
Provide design and technical leadership from concept through construction documents
Review Revit models and drawing sets for quality, consistency, and constructability
Maintain studio standards, workflows, and documentation best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in high-end single-family residential architecture
Proven experience leading and mentoring architectural teams
Strong proficiency in Revit and the Adobe Creative Suite
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Comfortable coordinating across disciplines and driving alignment
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Preferred
Licensed Architect preferred (or actively pursuing licensure)
