Responsibilities
Own and manage revenue recognition under ASC 606
Review customer contracts and assess revenue accounting implications
Prepare and review technical accounting memos and revenue policies
Partner closely with Sales, Legal, and FP&A on contract structure and deal terms
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close related to revenue
Assist with financial reporting and revenue-related disclosures
Support and coordinate with external auditors throughout the audit process
Help build and improve scalable revenue processes, controls, and documentation
Qualification
Required
Big 4 experience required
Strong, hands-on experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition
Background in audit, technical accounting, revenue accounting, or a combination
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contracts
Comfort operating in a high-growth, changing environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
CPA
Experience in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based revenue models
Startup or high-growth company experience
Exposure to complex or multi-element customer contracts
