Mission Pet Health is a well-established organization focused on providing high-quality veterinary care through its Shores Animal Clinic. They are seeking a Receptionist who will manage client interactions, coordinate care, and advocate for pet health while ensuring a smooth operation of the clinic.

Responsibilities

You'll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care

You'll maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently

You'll be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible

You'll be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own

Required

A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude

A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction

A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required

Preferred

Experience with veterinary software is preferred
