Lead technical design and development efforts, ensuring scalability and performance across multiple applications
Collaborate with global teams (US and India) and mentor developers to deliver high-quality solutions
Qualification
Required
Develop and enhance applications within a records and information management portfolio, focusing on data storage, retention, and remediation
Work hands-on with full-stack technologies: .NET, Angular, SQL Server; exposure to Java/Python for one major application
Lead technical design and development efforts, ensuring scalability and performance across multiple applications
Collaborate with global teams (US and India) and mentor developers to deliver high-quality solutions
Preferred
10+ years of software development experience; at least 1 year in a lead role
Strong technical expertise and leadership skills; ability to drive development initiatives
Previous banking experience (e.g., Wells Fargo) is a plus but not required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
