Responsibilities

Lead and manage all HR functions, including: Onboarding & Orientation, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compliance & Risk Management, HR Strategy & Workforce Planning, HR Operations & Administration, Office Management & Operational Support

Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Manage confidential employee information with the highest level of integrity

Provide leadership to global HR teams and support a culturally diverse, international workforce

Work hands-on across multiple HR and operational functions in support of V2Soft and its affiliated companies

Required

Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a senior HR leadership role within a professional office setting

Demonstrated ability to design, lead, and implement HR and business operations strategies

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HR/finance systems

Excellent task management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organized, proactive, agile, and detail‐oriented

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels

Skilled in handling confidential and sensitive business information

Team‐oriented leadership style with the ability to influence, inspire, and drive organizational change

Preferred

SHRM‐CP, SHRM‐SCP, PHR, or other HR certifications highly preferred

Prior experience in a global IT organization strongly preferred
