Responsibilities

Performs bank reconciliations of University bank accounts within Oracle ERP
Manages new chart of accounts (COA) value requests within the Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) system
Answers accounting questions from campus units using the University's ServiceNow ticketing system
Performs balance sheet account reconciliations in the Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) module
Manages offsite storage requests for Financial Services
Performs a variety of routine operating or cost accounting activities which require basic knowledge of accounting theories and principles
Examines accounting records for the purpose of determining gains and losses, receipts and disbursements, and inventory
Performs other related work as needed

Required

Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field
Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through < 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline

One to two years office experience
Communicate accounting and financial information clearly and concisely
Excellent oral and written communication skills
