Senior Account Manager
Oxford Solutions is partnering with a growing data technology organization to hire a Senior Account Manager for a direct-hire, hybrid role. This role focuses on long-term customer relationships, account retention, and revenue growth within existing accounts, emphasizing post-sale ownership and trust-building with customers.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers after the initial sale
Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, usage patterns, and business challenges
Proactively identify expansion opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
Partner with internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support to resolve issues and drive outcomes
Monitor account health, retention risk, and growth potential using customer data and performance metrics
Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning conversations with customers
Advocate for customer needs internally while balancing business objectives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within SaaS, data, or technology environments
Proven success retaining and expanding existing customer accounts
Experience using Salesforce or HubSpot; Zendesk experience strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret usage data, trends, and performance metrics
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, strategic mindset with a strong sense of ownership over assigned accounts
Comfortable working cross-functionally to solve problems and deliver value
