Responsibilities
Own features end-to-end: requirements, UX decisions, implementation, testing, shipping
Work across the stack: React Native/TypeScript on mobile, Node.js/Express/Postgres on the backend
Use AI tools (Claude, GPT, etc.) as part of your normal workflow
Stay in touch throughout the day via Slack
Debug, fix, monitor, support
Qualification
Required
Candidates must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
5+ years of experience building production software
Strong in React Native (navigation, state management, performance, debugging)
Strong in Node.js (data modeling, migrations, API design)
Using AI tools daily as a force multiplier, not a crutch
Thrive with autonomy and minimal direction
Bias toward action over lengthy planning
Care about UX and think through problems like it's your own product
Communicate often and informally
Proactive, detailed, and persistent
Preferred
Fintech or wealth management experience
Mobile testing frameworks (Detox, etc.)
Infrastructure experience (AWS, Fastlane, GitHub Actions)
Comfort working in regulated industries
