Responsibilities
Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews and Retrospectives
Identify, track and help remove blockers that prevent the team from achieving Sprint goals
Work closely with Product Owner to ensure the backlog is healthy, prioritized, and ready for future Sprints
Participate in code certification and environment validation on an as needed basis
Draft, edit and maintain high-quality documentation, including API references, developer guides, tutorials, and release notes
Interview engineers and product managers to understand complex features and translate them into easy-to-digest content for internal and external stakeholders
Organize documentation sets to ensure intuitive navigation and searchability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Systems
Proficiency with Microsoft and Atlassian suite of products
Firm understanding of standard Program Management practices and Agile Scrum Framework
Strong oral and written communication skills; fluency in both spoken and written English
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
1-2 years of relevant work experience working in a technology setting
Familiarity with Jira, Product Discovery and Zendesk
Familiarity with healthcare data and concepts
Experience working in software development organizations using agile methodologies and CI/CD processes
Experience in a PCI/HIPAA/HITRUST/SOC2 -Type 2 compliant environment or similar environment with PHI/PII
