Responsibilities
Provide development build support for System EPS projects
Track prototype units with vendors to ensure accurate delivery, status, and disposition
Partner with engineering and operations teams to support build schedules and project milestones
Actively manage budget purchase requisitions and ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, costs, and approvals
Set up and maintain vendor accounts and purchasing documentation
Coordinate shipments, including international logistics and customs clearance
Communicate with vendors to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and documentation
Maintain accurate records of shipments, materials, and vendor transactions
Track and manage prototype materials and excess inventory
Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure secure destruction of excess materials and prototypes
Maintain compliance with internal policies related to asset handling and security
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in engineering operations, project coordination, procurement, or a related role
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
Proficiency with procurement systems, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools
Preferred
Experience supporting engineering builds or development programs preferred
