Outside Sales Representative
Spectra360 is experiencing strong growth in the Arizona market and is adding an Outside Sales Representative to support that expansion. The role involves identifying and engaging new clients, building relationships with HR professionals, and presenting tailored staffing strategies to help clients effectively scale their teams.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage new clients across industrial, transportation, and clerical sectors
Build trusted relationships with HR professionals and hiring managers
Present tailored staffing strategies to help clients scale their teams effectively
Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal close
Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure exceptional service and placements
Hit and exceed sales goals through cold outreach, networking, and in-person visits
Qualification
Required
2+ years of outside B2B sales experience—staffing or workforce services a big plus
Confidence selling into multiple departments—front office, back office, and operations
Strong communication, consultative selling, and closing skills
Local travel capability and territory management experience
Self-motivated with a team-first mindset and competitive spirit
